MTA-Metro North Commuter Railroad & Long Island Railroad - Full analytical support for SPDES permits, groundwater remediation systems, RIFS programs, and emergency response support.
Numerous Consultants - Full support analyses for Brownfields Redevelopment projects in NY and CT with various deliverables.
New York City DEP/Associated Engineers - Multi-year ambient air study involving sampling and analysis of approx. 1,000 samples for airborne particulate (PM10), metals, sulfate, and volatile organics using SUMMA canisters-TO-14A and TO-15.
U.S. Postal Service/SEA Consultants - Project involved analytical support for major U.S. Postal Service waste characterization program in the northeastern part of the country. Program involved numerous TCLP analyses for volatiles, semi-volatiles, pesticides/herbicides and metals along with physical characteristics.
PMS Construction/IT Corp/Shaw Corp-New York City Dept. of Design and Construction - Conducted numerous analyses in support of multi-year/ multi-New York City borough petroleum-impacted sites. Required ASP-A and ASP-B deliverables.
Numerous Engineering Firms - Analysis of landfill wells, monitoring wells, soils and surface waters for regulated parameters in support of Superfund activities as well as routine state requirements (i.e. NYCRR Part 360, STARS, TAGM).
SESI Engineers/JM Associates/Cappelli Enterprises-Full analytical support for major Brownfield redevelopment programs including the Concord Resort, 221 Main Street (NY), and Harbor Square projects.
Impact Environmental/Silverstein Properties- Analysis support for major remediation and redevelopment of an MGP site located in NYC.
Edgeboro Disposal, Inc., New Jersey- Comprehensive sampling and analysis program to characterize raw landfill gas for volatiles, semi-volatiles, Pesticides and PCBs. Methods employed included TO-14A, TO-13, and EPA method 680 SIM for PCB congeners.
