York Analytical is pleased to announce that Marty Rowan has joined its staff as Regional Client Services Manager. In this role Marty will be responsible for client development in the Long Island, New York City and Albany/Syracuse regions.
Marty is a degreed geologist and has over twenty two years of environmental industry experience. For over 14 years he was a senior engineering geologist with the New York State Department of Conservation (NYSDEC) involved with the New York State oil spill program, UST program, petroleum spill sites, groundwater computer modeling and preparation of technical guidance documents. Most recently he was a project manager for a major environmental consulting/remediation firm in the upstate New York area.
York’s managing director, Bob Bradley is excited to announce this key addition to our senior staff and said “ This unique blend of experience provides our clients with an “insider’s” expertise in laboratory services and a resource when planning a sampling program”.

York Analytical announces an Open House at its new Stratford, CT facility. On April 29, 2004 York will hold its first open house to celebrate the opening of its new facility. The vent will be held from 3:00 pm to 10:00pm and will include guided tours of the facilities and catered refreshments. York Analytical Labs occupies new offices/laboratory facility in Stratford, CT. Bob Bradley, Managing Director of York Analytical is pleased to announce the successful relocation of the business from Stamford, CT to Stratford, CT. The move encompassed a challenging three day, 24 hour effort ending on Monday morning, January 19. Bradley was quoted as saying that “ the move was very challenging for a number of reasons…then layer on the severe cold weather, snow and ice and the challenge doubled. My staff and contractors are to be congratulated for their perseverance during the move.”

York Analytical Laboratories announces acquisition of 12,000 sq.ft building in Stratford, CT. York’s Managing Director, Bob Bradley announced today that the acquisition of this facility will allow York the proper space to continue its growth while continuing to serve its client base in the tri-state area. “The building will be retrofit for our use including separate laboratories for the various analysis disciplines, while affording our staff a better location and working environment.”
York’s home since the early 1960s has been at 1 Research Drive in Stamford. This historic move some forty plus years later will be to the Fairfield county city of Stratford with an address of 120 Research Drive.
Bradley was quoted as saying “…the move should happen in mid-January 2004 and be essentially transparent to our clients”.
