York’s key management personnel each have over twenty years of experience in environmental analysis. This extensive experience includes all aspects of sampling and analysis. All of our staff have earned graduate and/or undergraduate degrees in various related disciplines including chemistry, biology, engineering and environmental sciences. This team of experienced professionals is equipped with the multi-disciplinary expertise, to provide a high level of support to our clients. Our staff provides technical support to assist clients with Quality Assurance Project Plans, definition of proper methodologies and data quality objectives, and data interpretation. These value-added services are a point of differentiation from other analytical laboratories, we routinely offer as an investment in our client relationships.
Laurie Rogers
Laurie Rogers serves as York’s Administrative Manager and has been with us for over ten years. Laurie oversees all laboratory report production and invoicing and serves as a senior client services contact. Any questions you may have regarding reports, requests for modification or amendment, and invoices can be fielded by Laurie.
Rich August
Rich August, our Manager of Client Services, is a degreed scientist who brings a well rounded background in environmental analysis coupled with knowledge of the many regulatory complexities surrounding a simple request for analysis. His twenty plus years of experience in the environmental sector bring you the answers you can count on.
Marty Rowan
Marty Rowan, our Regional Client Services Manager and geologist by education, has over twenty two years of environmental industry experience. He was a senior engineering geologist with the NYSDEC. He was also a project manager for a major environmental consulting/remediation firm. This unique blend of experience provides our clients with an "insider's" expertise in laboratory services and a resource when planning a sampling program.
Phil Murphy
Clients are personally serviced by Phil Murphy, our Laboratory Operations Manager. Phil assigns all sample courier routes, all bottle preparations, and is involved in scheduling work in the laboratory. He makes the decisions you need with respect to all key items and provide quotations as well. Phil has over twenty years of environmental analysis experience, an advanced degree and provides technical support to project personnel as needed.
Bob Bradley
Bob Bradley is our Managing Director and has overall responsibility for the laboratory from both business and technical perspectives. Any contractual issues, non-routine technical issues, and electronic deliverables issues would be areas to contact Bob for assistance directly. Bob has an advanced degree in chemistry, and over 30 years of environmental laboratory analysis/management experience.
